Beef and Pineapple Burrito

Enjoy all the ingredients of your burrito without the high carb content of a traditional wrap. This sweet and savory Beef and Pineapple Burrito is delicacy wrapped in our low-carb and gluten-free original flavor Coconut Wrap.


  • ¼ pound skirt steak, cut into thinly sliced pieces 
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  •  1 tablespoon olive oil
  •  ¼  cups chopped pineapple 
  • Chili sauce
  • NUCO Original Coconut Wrap
  •  cilantro and lime wedges, for serving



  1. Take your coconut wrap and lay it on a plate and set aside.
  2. In a bowl season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to the desired doneness.
  3. Add the pineapple  skillet and cook, tossing frequently, until tender.
  4. Top the wrap with the steak and pineapple. Serve with cilantro and lime wedges and chili on the side. Enjoy!
