Question 1: I have allergies and would like to know: are NUCO Wraps processed in a Facility that contains Tree Nuts, Legumes, Gluten, Soy, Dairy or Milk?

Answer: Nope! NUCO Coconut Wraps are made in a "Coconut-Only" Dedicated Facility. There are NO traces of any other Tree Nuts, Legumes, Gluten, Soy, Dairy, or Milk in our facilities.

Question 2: My NUCO Mayo arrived and the ingredients have separated - is this okay?

Answer: Yes! Being that NUCO Mayo is made with all REAL Food Ingredients and FREE of Artificial Additives, Preservatives, and Emulsifiers, separation is natural and completely normal - and your NUCO Mayo is still fine and ready to eat. Rest assured you're getting all the Goodness without all the bad stuff 🙂

Question 3: Is your Vegan Mayo gluten free and is it produced in a gluten free facility?

Answer: Your product itself contains no gluten.
Our facility however is not gluten-free due primarily to our use of soy sauce in many products. Each production of your product is on a freshly sanitized line to prevent any cross-contamination from gluten and any and all other allergens and all allergen ingredients are in fact segregated and stored in a building separate from our manufacturing facility to further insure good food safety practices

Question 4: How can I receive FREE Shipping?

Answer: Being that most of our products are in GLASS containers (see questions below), shipping can become quite pricey. With this in mind, NUCO is pleased to offer FREE Shipping within the continental USA on ALL orders $50 USD or more. There's no need to use a coupon or discount code. Question 5: How long will it take to get my order?

Answer: In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we offer both Priority (3-5 Day) Shipping. For those who don't mind waiting, we also offer USPS First Class (5-7 Business Day) shipping options for our Coconut Wraps ONLY. FREE Shipping Orders may take up to 5-7 Business Days for Delivery.

Question 6: Is there a cut off time where I can have my order shipped out same-day?

Answer: Yes! If you have your order submitted by 12PM PST (3PM EST) Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped out that same day. If your order comes in after 12PM PST (3PM EST) it will be shipped out first thing the following business day.

Question 7: Do I need to Freeze or Refrigerate NUCO Products?

Answer: All NUCO products, except for the NUCO Vegan Mayo, are shelf stable and do not require freezing or refrigeration. We highly suggest you DO NOT Freeze your favorite NUCO products. The NUCO Vegan MAYO has to be refrigerated at all times

Question 8: What "Best By Date" can I expect when purchasing NUCO Products Online?

Answer: Here at NUCO, we do our very best to ensure that the products you receive are fresh and ready to consume. With this in mind, please know that all products shipped from our Online Store (www.shop.nucoconut.com) will be sent out with a "Best By Date" of three (3) months or greater from the date your shipment was made. We will also have discount products available soon such that you may be able to take advantage of deals of product nearing their "Best By Date".
